In a shared bucket, all credit deductions are made from the Bucket Owner's account. This keeps collaboration simple and centralized.

• When a Joined User saves an expense, invoice, or receipt in a shared bucket, 1 credit is deducted from the Bucket Owner's balance.
• Uploading an Excel file of historic expenses into a bucket deducts 10 credits from the Bucket Owner.

This "Pay As You Grow" model allows you to collaborate seamlessly with family or team members without requiring them to subscribe or purchase credits to contribute to your buckets.
(Joined Users still receive their own monthly free credits for use in their personal buckets.)

Subscribers can unlock access to the Otto WhatsApp assistant: Interaction with the WhatsApp assistant—whether it's a text message, a voice note, or a request for a report—deducts just one credit. How? We always use your lowest-cost credits first, giving you the best possible value.
The deduction order is:
1. Free AI Assistant Credits
2. Purchased (Top-Up) Credits (Used only when all free credits are gone)
